Quantity Surveyor-Water Purification Plants (造价工程师)

Job description
- Develop early stage budgets and detailed cost plans
- Prepare and analyze costing for tenders
- Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities
- Measurement and quantification
- Cost control during construction phase
- Financial Reports and statements
- Investment appraisal
- Performing risk and value management and cost control
- Advising on procurement strategy and manage procurement
- Identifying, analyzing and developing responses to commercial risks
- Establishing operating cost- and financial control systems
- Sub contract administration. Allocating work to subcontractors
- Verify a quantity records booklets submitted by the Subcontractors
- Negotiating to ensure budgets are not exceeded
- Provide advice on contractual claims and assist in settlements
- Analyzing outcomes and write detailed progress reports
- Interim valuations and arranging payments
- Develop knowledge relevant to contract conditions and their applications
- Final account preparation and agreement

Requirements
- Bachelor degree in civil- or structural engineering or with architectural background
- Extensive experience in quantity surveying
- Familiar with market prices of material and local standards.
- Extensive experience from contract and bidding document preparation
- Knowledge of Project Scheduling and Procurement
- Familiar with Financial Processes
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
- Good Communications skills
- Developed Analytical skills
